Julie Woodman, a former Salisbury Council member (14 years from 2008 - 2022) and Deputy Mayor (2019-2020) was awarded ALGWA SA Honorary Life membership on 1 July 2025 for her 15-year continuous ALGWA SA membership.
During this time, Julie held the position of ALGWA SA President for four years (2019 - 2023), including a difficult time during COVID, served on national ALGWA Board and was ALGWA SA Immediate Past President for 2 years (2023-2025). |

Betty Gill , a former Salisbury Council member (19 years from 1989 -2008), was an inaugural Committee member when ALGWA SA reformed in October 2005.
Betty was admitted to Inaugural SA Women's Honour Roll on 2 June 2008. Betty served as ALGWA SA President (2015-2019), national ALGWA Board Vice-President (2015 -2017) and national ALGWA Conference Coordinating Committee member in 2015. Betty was ALGWA SA 's first Immediate Past President ALGWA SA (2020- 2022) having served 19 continuous years as an ALGWA SA member. |
