Networking Breakfast for ALGWA SA members was held on 15 July at Cafe De Cena and was well attended.
Jargon Busting-Demystifying Council Financial Processes Saturday 26 August 2023 at Salisbury Council (Presenter: Kate George ((Finance Manager at Salisbury Council Hub ).

Previous 2022 events
International Women's Day event - supported by ALGWA SA on Tuesday 8 March 2022 at Strathalbyn was organised byCr Bronwyn Lewis (Alexandrina Council) and Cr Narelle Hardingham (Mount Barker Council). 96 people attended.
Our 2022 events focused on our free 2022 Women Candidates Regional Council Election Information Sessions with our 500 information booklets "Women Leading Locally-It's Time" distributed at Campbelltown, Strathalbyan, Noarlunga , Woodville, Mannum, Salisbury Council and Mount Barker as well as the 'x factor-Women in Local Government' workshop for the Barossa Valley.
Thank you to Local Government Association for promotion; Wallmans Lawyers for writing pads and the following Councils who assisted ALGWA SA with our sessions: Campbelltown, Alexandrina, Onkaparinga, Charles Sturt, Mid Murray, Clare & Gilbert Valleys, Salisbury, Port Pirie and Mount Barker.
