ALGWA SA Branch Committee

The Australian Local Government Women's Association South Australian Branch Committee is elected on a two year term basis at its Annual General Meeting. 

​The next election will be at the next Annual General Meeting in 2027.

Our organisation is incorporated  under South Australian legislation.
​ 
Committee Members volunteer their time and  plan a program of networking, events, information and learning  activities as well as organisational matters such as publicity, promotion, policy, submission writing, strategic planning and surveys. Our State President , Mayor Jill Whittaker OAM  and one of our Vice-Presidents are our delegates to ALGWA (our national Association).

We welcome interest and input from our members and supporters  about supporting the role of women in local government.
