ALGWA national AnnualNetworking Breakfast Our national association, Australian Local Government Women's Association Inc (ALGWA) is holding it annual Networking Breakfast on Tuesday, June 23, from 6:45am–8:30am AEST at the National Convention Centre's Fitzroy Room in Canberra, celebrating ALGWA’s 75th anniversary during the NGA conference. International Women's Day event - supported by ALGWA SA onTuesday 8 March 2022 at Strathalbyn was organised by Cr Bronwyn Lewis (Alexandrina Council) and Cr Narelle Hardingham (Mount Barker Council). 96 people attended.
Our 2022 events focused on our free 2022 Women Candidates Regional Council Election Information Sessions with our 500 information booklets "Women Leading Locally-It's Time" distributed at Campbelltown, Strathalbyan, Noarlunga , Woodville, Mannum, Salisbury Council and Mount Barker as well as the 'x factor-Women in Local Government' workshop for the Barossa Valley.
